At Radios Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our communication products and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

As noted in our Shipping Policy, our fulfillment team works quickly to process and dispatch orders (typically within 1–2 business days).

  • Before Dispatch: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately at Sales@radiossolutionsus.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • After Dispatch: If your order has already been processed or dispatched from our fulfillment center, we cannot stop the shipment or modify the details. In this event, you must wait to receive the package and follow our standard return process outlined below.

2. Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your tracking information shows the order was delivered. To be eligible for a return and full product refund:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all manuals, antennas, batteries, chargers, and accessories that were included.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (such as your Radios Solutions order number or invoice).

Note: Promotional bundles must be returned in full. If you wish to keep a partial item from a bundle, the remaining items will be refunded at their individual retail price, not the discounted bundle price.

3. Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-configured equipment or custom-programmed radios.
  • Clearance items, final-sale inventory, or gift cards.
  • Items showing signs of physical damage, misuse, or missing parts not due to our error.

4. Shipping Errors, Defective, or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive the incorrect product:

  1. Contact us immediately at Sales@radiossolutionsus.com with photos of the damaged packaging/item or the incorrect product.
  2. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for the defective or incorrect item.
  3. Upon verifying the issue, we will ship out a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund.

5. International Returns, Customs, & Refused Shipments

  • Return Shipping Costs: For standard returns (where the item is not defective or incorrect), the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Duties and Taxes: Original shipping charges, customs duties, and local taxes are non-refundable.
  • Refused Shipments: As outlined in our Shipping Policy, if an international shipment is returned to sender because a customer fails or refuses to comply with their local customs authority requirements (such as paying local VAT/Import Duties), the original shipping fee, return shipping cost, and any administrative processing fees will be deducted from your final refund.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at Sales@radiossolutionsus.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
  2. If your return is approved, our team will provide you with the exact warehouse return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the warehouse address on your original shipping label without contacting us first.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original box and ship it back to the provided address using a trackable courier service.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received at our fulfillment center and inspected by our technical team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Timeline: Please allow 3–7 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
